Brandi Glanville silences rumors of health issues she has been facing this year.
After posting a video on Instagram earlier this week saying she was back in Cameo, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 52, shared a selfie via X Saturday, Dec. 7, explaining that her health problems still persist.
“Guys, this is an old cameo! I used it to promote that I was coming back after more than a year off. Let me share what I look like and why I had to take a break…check out the next post and screw it haters,” Glanville stated.
In her follow-up post, she wrote: “Disgusting!” along with a selfie that appeared to show a skin problem. After sharing the photo, she added: “What happened? I wish I had known I have been in and out of hospital for the past 1/2 year I have spent almost every dollar I have trying to figure it out. Some doctors say I have a parasite jumping around my face. Some say it’s edema caused by stress. I personally say it’s Bravo.”

Glanville announced on Thursday, December 5 that she has returned to Cameo after taking time off to focus on her health. Earlier this year, she revealed she had to take time off work to deal with “stress-induced” angioedema, which causes swelling in the deeper layers of the skin, often around the eyes, lips or cheeks, according to Mayo Clinic.
In July, Glanville threatened to sue Bravo for which are said to cause stress-induced symptomssharing that she was unable to record new episodes of her “Brandi Glanville Unfiltered” podcast due to illness. While it’s unclear what “stress” Glanville is referring to, her post also claims she was “used as a decoy.” Glanville also said he had “4 days worth of receipts” regarding the unspecified matter.
“I was left with no choice but to sue Bravo,” she wrote via X in July. “This stress ruined my health. I have uncontrollable stress-induced angioedema. I haven’t worked in a year… to (sic) depressed to do my podcast.’
Glanville also failed to stick with Cameo, claiming it was “for (sic) bloated 4cameo or OF (fans only).”
The former Real Housewife joined Cameo in 2019, which coincided with the start of her second stint on RHOBAand joined OnlyFans in July 2023. She revealed on her podcast in February that OnlyFans “saved” her “life” after failing to earn an income for six months. (Glanville appeared as the main hostess of RHOBA seasons 3 through 5 before returning in season 9.)

Although Glanville was not named as a defendant in Manzo’s lawsuit, Glanville’s legal team responded in a statement at the time, saying us“Unfortunately, Brandi has had to wake up to yet another lawsuit involving defamatory, false accusations against her. While filming, Brandi followed what the producers asked of her and there was no sexual abuse. She is innocent of these absurd accusations that have weighed on her mental and physical health for far too long, without a single word of support from Peacock, Shedd or Bravo.”
