Glanville, 52, is a survivor unusual facial swelling which she said could be due to “parasites on the face”. But Dubrow, 66, said he doesn’t believe that’s the case.
“I saw one of her interviews and I saw her picture, the one where she’s bloated, the one where she’s really bloated with bumpy skin,” Failed doctor said TMZ on Thursday, December 12. “That’s the thing, that’s what Brandi really needs to focus on … and it’s not her fault, it’s her doctor’s fault. Brandi needs a diagnosis.
Dubrow relayed a message to Glanville via TMZoffering help when needed.
The reality star confirmed his proposal on Friday, December 13.
“I have zero drama with @DrDubrow. I appreciate all the help I can get,” she wrote via Xadding praying hands emoticons. “We have been in touch and plan to talk, thank you for all the love. All the fillers that were in my face dissolved. I’ve seen all the best doctors in (Cedars-Sinai)’ and ‘all the doctors they referred me to.’

Glanville was open about his health problem. She previously shared a photo of her facial deformities and revealed that it was spent $70,000 looking for a cause.
“Honestly, I’ve had so many doctors and I’ve had so many tests … I’ve done $10,000 worth of lab work,” she said in an interview with Entertainment tonight Posted on Tuesday, December 10th. “I’ve run every test under the sun.… They’re like, ‘It could be a parasite.’” That’s, you know, new.
Glanville explained that before a doctor theorized that she had potentially contracted a parasite, she had “swelling” and “couldn’t speak.” When she sought treatment, some medical professionals suggested that the problem might be due to old facial fillers dissolving. But Glanville said she hasn’t had fillers in a while and that her older fillers have already dissolved.
Glanville originally identified the source as food poisoning in Morocco during filming The Real Housewives: The Ultimate Girls Trip.
Glanville said ET that she felt a parasite move under her face. If Glanville “messed with it,” she said, it would jump to another area and look like “popping little bubbles” on her skin.

“She needs to find out if there’s a microorganism in there,” Dubrow said TMZ. “It wouldn’t be a parasite, it wouldn’t be something she ate, it would be from something that got into her blood.”
Dubrow shared her concern about what could happen to Glanville if she doesn’t get a diagnosis as soon as possible.
“She’s like a ticking time bomb. “Every minute that this microorganism is allowed to stay in her skin and do potential damage, she could be suffering worse than that,” Dubrow added. “It can be harder to treat and it can scar more and form more nodules. So Brandi needs a diagnosis. He probably needs surgery to get a piece of tissue and find out what’s going on.
