Boxing Results: Claresa ‘T-Rex’ Shields beat Danielle ‘New Era’ Perkins


Before a crowded home for the return of Claresa ‘T-Rex”s local favorite shields, easily defeated WBC Silver World Heavyweight Danielle’ amateur champion , including WBA, WBO and IBF titles. The two fought in the main event in the Dort Financial Center, Flint, Michigan.

Coming to the lightweight limit, WBC World Heavyweight Champion Shields, 15-0 (3), won the WBC Silver Heavyweight Champ Southpaw Danielle ‘New Era’ Perkins, 5-0 (2), with 10 round unanimous ruling.

Perkins did not land on a punch in the first round, and shields maybe two or three. In the second round, Perkins landed a jab, while the shields appeared back due to Perkins’ size. The shields landed a fist unrest in the third round before a clinch. With 40 seconds, Perkins fell back to the canvas without throwing a fist.

In the fourth round, all Perkins’ piercings fell soon. Perkins landed on the left in the final seconds and the shields almost got off the slippery canvas. In the fifth round, there was no punch. In the sixth round, the “circus” continued with shields almost stumbling because of the canvas before a punch-one else without a round.

In the seventh round, with half a minute, the shields landed several rights on the chin of the PERKINS. In the eighth round, there was almost no fist that landed.

Perkins had shields against the ropes in the ninth round and landed three fists. Another nothing is happening. In the tenth and final round, in twelve seconds, the Shields eventually landed on the right to the Perkins chin, throwing it for 8-count by Ref Rodriguez.

Where did the prestigious Lacy and Perkins find in the previous race? Who knows? It’s a shame that fans had to pay for it.

In the eighth round, both boxers crossed the ropes and outside the ring when Lacy rushed Moore with Ref Willis counting in twenty and as Moore entered the ring, he took his hand.

Super Welterweight Joe ‘Sug’ Hicks, 12-0 (8), stopped Keon ‘the selected “papillion, 10-1-1 (7) at 1:35 of the seventh round of an action match.

In the first round, a little action until the last seconds, with Papillion landing a right against the tallest Hicks, who faced his own right. Middle Leon ‘Lethal’ Lawson LLL (16-1 (9) stopped Chris Thompson, 9-2 (6) in the fourth round of a scheduled eight.

Champion Nabf Jr Light Joshua James ‘Double J’ Pagan, 12-0 (4) defeated Triple Ronal Ron Ramirez, 16-7 (13) from an eight round unanimous decision in an action race.

In the first round, Pagan did well until the last seconds, when Ramirez had nailed him in a corner, he landed well. One end of the head caused a cut in the left eyebrow of Pagan. In the second round, with blood flowing from a cut and half a minute, Pagan shook Ramirez on the chin on the right, leading him back several steps.

In the third round, Ramirez started quickly and was well involved against Pagan, though he did not win the round he made a fight. The action continued in the fourth and fifth rounds, with both landing.

In the last second of the sixth round, Ramirez shook Pagan with the right on the chin, reopening the cut to the left eyebrow. Both had moments in the seventh round, with the pagan being tougher than he thought. In the eighth and the last round, both did their best to finish it, with the local beloved pagan to the top in a much tougher race than most people felt he would have from Ramirez.

The scores were 79-73, 78-74 and 78-74.

Super Lightweight Samantha ‘The Heat’ Worthington, 10-0 (7), defeated Vaida Masiokaite (10-26-6 (1) with eight round unanimous decision.

2021 Tokyo Olympian Featherweight WBC Int’l Champ Caroline Veyre, 9-1 (0) Close the Carmen Vargas game, 5-3-1) Over eight rounds for the blank WBA Intercontinental title.

In the first round it was all veyre who had Vargas after it and be treated. In the second round, Veyre caused a small cut in Vargas’s right eyebrow with a right hand. In the third, Veyre drew blood from Vargas’s nose.

In the fourth round, Veyre used an excellent footwork, creating Vargas, whose face is full of blood cuts and nose bleeding. In the fifth round, Vargas never stopped coming forward, though he was outgoing. In the sixth round in the right eye of Vargas is almost closed by a left hook. The ring doctor checked her between the rounds.

In the seventh round, Vargas bleeds from the eyebrow, nose and mouth, but the corner will not stop, nor the referee, let alone the ring doctor. In the eighth and last round in the last seconds Veyre shook the upcoming Vargas, showing the whole heart in the world is Vargas.

Heavy Pryce Taylor, 5-0 (3), stopped Jerell Nettles, 4-10 (1), in the second round of a scheduled race of six rounds.

Making her debut, 2024 Olympian Super Bantamweight Southpaw Ashleyann ‘Lamaquina’ Lozada, 1-0), defeated Denise Moran, 3-1) with a decision of six round points.

In the first round, Lozada, the tallest Southpaw, uses her jab, while Moran lands rights in a narrow round that favors Lozada. In the last second of the second round, Lozada landed on a proper hook on Moran’s chin, which was the best punch so far.

Moran did well in the third round with a fist unrest. In the last seconds, Lozada shook Moran with left uppercut in the fourth and last round. Lozada landed in combinations of three punches throughout.

The scores were 40-36, 40-36 and 40-36.
