Todd Boehly suggested that Chelsea’s ownership structure could shift if there was no consensus on the future of the Stamford Bridge.
The club’s leadership is currently evaluating whether to rebuild their historic home or move to a new location, with the Earl court considered a possible alternative.
The decision is complicated by the limited space available for the construction of a large scale in London.
In an interview with Bloomberg, Boehly suggests that discussions about the stadium work could determine the long -term dynamics of Chelsea’s ownership.
“We have to think in the long run about what we are trying to achieve,” Boehly said.
Stamford Bridge’s reconstruction or relocation is an important project, with Clearlake Capital, the majority owners of Chelsea, reportedly pledged to happen.
🚨🔵 Todd Boehly tells Bloomberg: “If you look at what happens to Chelsea, then you will see that there is basic stability.”

However, if it is not possible to reach an agreement, it could lead to a deviation between the co -owners of the Association.
“We have a great opportunity to develop the stadium that we need to scan. This will be where we are either aligned or finally deciding to move on to different ways,” Boehly added.
Tensions have been reported between the property team since the start of the season, with the two parties previously expressing interest in buying each other.
When asked about his position on the sale of his share of the club, Boehly replied: “I think the status quo is something that is okay, I think we have got what we have learned from each other.
Despite the disagreements of the past, Boehly emphasized that Chelsea’s leadership remains unified in their vision of the club, citing their current position in the Premier League as proof of their progress.
“If you look at the evolution of the team, we have been aligned in what we are trying to do and what we are trying to build,” he said. “It’s a group that is young. It’s a team that has long contracts. And all these things were new.”
