Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds indicated that they intend to ask a judge to reject the $ 400 million lawsuit that Justin Baldoni has submitted against them.
Lively and Reynolds submitted a letter obtained by Fox News Digital, with the future legal plans of the couple Thursday.
The move comes after Judge Lewis Liman ordered that the parties “in one sentence must indicate the intention of the defendant to do a motion to dismiss.” The federal judge will now determine a deadline for the legal team of Lively and Reynolds to submit the motion to dismiss.

Lively and Baldoni’s case Will go to court on Monday, because the legal team of the actress is willing to discuss a potential GAG order. The Legal Team of Baldoni indicated that they are planning to perform Lively’s statement as quickly as possible, but the actress reportedly refused to allow Freedman to lead Freedman, according to a letter submitted on Thursday.
“We are not aware of every situation that the deposed party would justify to have a choice in which lawyer takes her statement,” wrote Kevin Fritz, another Baldoni lawyer. “Parties at court cases simply do not have the right to dictate which of the lawyers of their opponents can or may not make their statement or perform another aspect of the counterpart’s case.”
