Former mayor of New York City, Bill de Blasio, says that the Democratic party has gained a “profitable election” because they have not mentioned the mental decline of former President Joe Biden.

The Blasio explained that Democrats lost the opportunity to tackle inflation and border issues. He added that Biden and former Vice President Kamala Harris tried to lower healthcare costs and the price of insulin, a movement that could have translated into their campaign messages.

“And those messages were just not clear. And people had the right to want those answers,” he said. “That was good, but it was not complete enough answer. So I think we should look and say, we blew it.”
The Blasio ran for president in the 2020 presidential election when Biden and Harris defeated the then presidential candidate President Donald Trump.

“Let’s just say it out loud: we blew it. People didn’t think we understood and empathize enough. That can be repaired,” said the Blasio.
“Think of those voters. And there are many in this country who voted twice on Barack Obama, Donald Trump, then, then Joe Biden, then again Donald Trump. Those are not voters who could not return to the Democratic Party. By definition we can win back voters.”
