They look at murderers on death row like starving children in Africa. For just a few dollars a month you can keep them fed and clothed.

Out of anger, arrogance, and disbelief that they haven’t outsmarted all of America, they grab what they can on the way out the door. like a slap and grab at Kay Jewelers. Now they can think about what they did wrong and do better, but they are not interested in change, only destruction.
