“The Bachelorette” Alum Deanna Pappas was arrested in February due to battery charts against her ex-husband, Stephen Stagliano.
Pappas was arrested on a crime on 27 February in Santa Clarita, California and was released on the same day on a bond of $ 20,000. The arrest also came from alleged alcohol consumption.
Her court hearing is set before March 20.

On March 7, the reality television star filed a street ban against Stagliano and ordered him to be 100 meters away from her.

According to documents obtained by FOX News Digital, Stagliano arrived at Pappa’s house to pick up their daughter, Addison, 11. They also share a son, Austin, 9.
“Stephen grabbed his hands, grabbed me and then pushed me powerfully. He pushed my back again.”
“Stephen told me that I had to walk closer to him because he wanted to smell my breath to make sure I wasn’t drunk. I hadn’t consumed alcohol. I ignored Stephen’s remark and I walked back in the garage,” Dad wrote.
She continued: “I heard noise behind me. I turned around and saw Stephen follow me in my garage. (Our daughter) was only left in his car with the engine. I tried to close my garage door. Stephen pushed my garage door up so it would not close. I shouted to go out of my garage. Stephen.”
Pappas said she went back inside and locked her door before she heard sounds coming out of her garage.

“Stephen grabbed his hands, grabbed me and then pushed me powerfully. He pushed my back again. For fear he would hurt me, I immediately went back into the house and closed the door while I waited for the police,” she said.

Pappas said that Stagliano called the police around midnight. According to Pappas, her ex-husband told the reacting officers that she was drunk and that she was arrested and booked for battery costs.
“Stephen had told the sheriff that I was the aggressor who attacked him, which was incorrect. I never asked to test alcohol despite the accusations of Stephen. In fact, the officer who arrested did not show any concern that I was completely intoxicated,” she wrote.

Pappas explained that, after she was released from prison, she signed up for an alcohol and drug test, and she tested negatively for both.
The representative of Pappas did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
According to IntakeThe same day as the arrest of Pappa, Stagliano’s mother Lynn submitted an explanation in their divorce.
According to Lynn: “On Wednesday 26 February at 7:38 am I went to Deanna’s house to bring Austin to school. I clearly smelled alcohol on Deanna’s breath. I put Austin in the car and left.”

Pappas submitted an opposition and claimed that Stephen had a history of “our daughter coaching to look for alcohol in the house,” said the outlet.
She further said that her ex-husband taught their daughter to “literally sniff alcohol and alienate her from me by making her believe that I am an alcoholic.”

The outlet reported that when the couple arranged their divorce, albeit that “none of the two parties will drink alcohol that will drink the legal limit during their storage periods, or have a child and/or children in their custody and control when they are intoxicated.”

Pappas and Stagliano also agreed at 12 o’clock before or during when they are responsible for their children.
Stagliano and Pappas made the decision in October 2011 and announced their split in June 2023. Their divorce was completed in June the following year.

“It is with enormous sadness, Stephen and I have decided to end our relationship as a few. We have been working hard for a long time – both as a couple and as individuals and have come to the conclusion to stay separate,” she wrote on Instagram at that time US Weekly. “We continue to love parents of our beautiful children, Addison & Austin, and will continue to raise them with love and faith.”
