Arsenal has been accused by the Football Federation for the furious reaction of their players to the dismissal of the new full-back Myles Lewis-Skelly in Wolves on Saturday.
Lewis-Skelly was rejected shortly before the half time in Molineux to stumble Matt Doherty, as Wolves Full-Back brought the ball away from his own penalty area.
Referee Michael Oliver considered it a “serious foul” – and Var Darren England chose not to send him to the Pitch screen for a second glance. The red card was later canceled after appeal.
Arsenal’s players were visible by Oliver’s decision and gathered around the employee to support their case, an action that FA took a dim view.
