A Nurse in Arkansas is confronted with crime after he reportedly used the name of a dead man in trying to buy oxycodon pills at pharmacies.
Caitlin Carol Adams was accused of three counts of fraud or deception to obtain a narcotic drug -bound recipe due to several drug purchases last month, According to Kait.
Adams is accused of using a fake recipe to buy 120 oxycodon pills in a pharmacy in Jonesboro, Arkansas, on January 2, the outlet reported.
She claimed that she worked in a nursing home and that the pills were for a patient.

Researchers said that Adams, a recognized registered nurse is, according to the Arkansas State Board of Nursing, used a credit card with her name on it Buy the pills.

The recipe was under the name of a man who was later determined to have been a patient in the same nursing home where Adams worked earlier, the statement said.
The man whose name was on the recipe was also dead since December 30.
The pharmacy refused to fill in the recipe for Adams.

Adams then went to another pharmacy and bought 180 oxycodone pills under the name of the dead man.
She was arrested on January 24 and booked in the Craighead County Detention Center. Adams was released on a bond of $ 25,000 in anticipation of a previous guide on March 20.
The license of Adams is being investigated.
