I get so many phone calls during my national radio show and DMS from people who think they are are stalked. Sometimes the person sees signs that are not there. Other times it is clear that something is wrong. It is not surprising, given how easy it is for technology to view someone’s movements.

Beep! Hear a tracker?
Almost 10% of Americans are stalked via GPS, such as an Apple airtag or another small gadget. If you are not, it is someone you know.
An airtag only starts from the owner after 24 hours. That gives De Stalker enough time to reach you, especially if they are locally. When a carjacker Tags your ride, they can learn your routine and follow you home before you even know what’s going on.
The rumor mill says that Apple’s airtags 2, which will come later this year, will have anti -stalling technology. With the most recent airtags, Tech-Savvy Stalkers can remove the built-in speaker, so that you don’t get alert, but the new one must make it harder. For now you have to do everything you can to stay safe.
