Alberta Lawyer leads Group to DC for state discussions, says Canadians are fed up ‘


A Canadian lawyer leads to efforts to explore the possibility that Alberta will join the United States, such as President Donald Trump continues to insist on closer ties with the energy -rich province of Canada.

“There are literally hundreds of Albertanen who contact us and do volunteer work to participate in our delegation,” Jeffrey Rath said on “Fox & Friends“Thursday.

Rath and a small group of Albertanen are planning to travel Washington, DCTo discuss potential paths for Alberta, including independence with economic ties with the US, territorial status or full condition.

He believes that the movement will get grip as dissatisfaction with the federal leadership of Canada grows.

“It is a steering committee of people looking for Washington on an exploratory basis and a representative appointed by President Trump,” explained Rath.

“To explore the benefits of the fact that Alberta becomes an independent sovereign nation with economic union for the United States, becoming an American territory or striving for a complete state.”

Rath states that Alberta, the home of 4.9 million people and a large hub for oil, production and construction, has little in common with the political elite of Canada.

“They completely lost the way,” he said, criticize Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s administration.

Rath claims that Albertanen feel alienated from Ottawa’s policy and share more cultural and economic ties with Montana Then with the rest of Canada.

“People in Alberta are tired of being governed by idiotic politicians back in Ontario, who do not understand our province and do not understand that cultural, we are much better connected to our friends in the south in Montana than we are with all people in Ottawa,” he said.

“Please support Alberta’s self -determination. Promise that you have promised Alberta in the same way to Greenland. We will be an excellent partner for the United States and we will all bloom,” said Rath.
