A convicted criminal whose prison was converted by former president Joe Biden Is back behind bars.
Willie Frank Peterson, 52, was convicted of conspiracy to spread cocaine in 2023 and was sentenced to six years and three months in prison. His sentence began on September 13, 2023, according to judicial data obtained by FOX News Digital.
According to a January 17 Executive subsidy from Clementia, Biden has Peterson’s punishment for up to 20 months, which allowed him to leave guardianship shortly afterwards.
But on Monday Peterson was booked for several drug -related offensives in Dothan, Alabama. Dothan’s police accused Peterson of two counts of illegal possession of a regulated substance and one count of possession of marijuana.

Peterson was also arrested due to possession of drugsparafernalia and three firearm -related offenses, by police files.
In the last days of his presidency, Biden showed considerable clementia with the number of criminals whose punishments he sheds. He crashed over the completion of the “Largest one -day award of Clementia” On December 12, when he shed sentences for 1500 people and increases 39 others.

On January 17, he shed the penalties of nearly 2500 prisoners, mainly those convicted of non-violent drug offenses.
