Taylor Swift Mentioned in Justin Baldoni’s Blake Lively Removal Plan

Justin Baldonithe crisis management team mentioned Taylor Swift in their supposed takedown plan Blake Lively.

Lively, 37, filed a sexual harassment case against Baldoni, 40, on Friday, Dec. 20, and her allegations against him, including creating a “hostile work environment” and causing “serious emotional distress” to the actress.

Evidence attached to the complaint shows that a crisis management expert working for Baldoni wrote in an Aug. 6 email that “we’ve seen the most innocuous problems become gigantic because of social media, or the biggest crises have no effect on social networks. You just can’t tell at this stage. But BL has some of the same TS fanbase, so we’re going to take it extremely seriously.”

A separate “scenario planning” document by Baldoni also notes that “our team may also explore planting stories about weaponizing feminism and how people like Taylor Swift have been accused of using these tactics to ” bully’ to get what they want.” (Lively and Swift, 35, have long been close and document your friendship over the years.)

Baldoni also appears to be using a social media post on Hailey Bieber as exemplified in an astroturfing plan against Lively. The text message exchange was reviewed in a legal complaint received by us on Saturday, Dec. 21, showed that Baldoni posted a screenshot of an X thread that unpacked “Hailey Bieber’s history of harassing women,” according to the caption, writing, “This is what we need.”

Lively’s December complaint states that “millions of people (including many reporters and influencers) who saw these prepared stories, social media posts and other online content” were “unwitting consumers of crisis PR, astroturfing and a digital vendetta campaign ,” which was allegedly orchestrated by Baldoni against Lively.

Baldoni’s lawyer Brian Friedman addressed Lively’s “completely false, outrageous and intentionally obscene” claims in a statement to us. He claims Lively filed the lawsuit to “repair her negative reputation” and “reframe the narrative” regarding the film’s production.

He further alleged that the actress made “multiple demands and threats” during filming, including “threats to not show up on set, threats not to promote the film, which ultimately led to his death during release , if her demands are not met’.

In a statement to New York Times in December, Lively said, “I hope my lawsuit helps pull back the curtain on these sinister retaliatory tactics to hurt people who speak up about wrongdoing, and helps protect others who may be targeted.”

The actress denied spreading negative information about Baldoni.
