Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another sexual assault lawsuit amid his ongoing legal troubles.

According to a suit received by Us Weekly on Friday, December 20, LaTroy Grayson is suing the rap mogul over a 2006 incident in which she was allegedly drugged and raped at Diddy’s party. (TMZ was the first to report the news.)

It all started when Grayson’s brother won a contest through a radio station in Oklahoma. The prize included round-trip airfare for the winner and guest, a hotel room in New York and two tickets to Diddy’s White Party.

Grayson claims in court documents that she and her brother and sister went to the party, which was changed to a “Black Party.” The alleged victim said she was allowed inside the event while her brother and sister were left outside.

After having two drinks at the party, Grayson said she felt sick and headed to the bathroom.

Grayson said in court documents that she has no memory of the rest of the night, but remembers waking up at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in New York with a torn shirt and no underwear.

After flying back to Oklahoma, Grayson said in court documents that she received a call from an anonymous woman who allegedly told her not to take action against Diddy because he was a “celebrity” and she would just be “wasting her time.”

TMZ also reported that Grayson’s attorney Ariel Mitchell said her client chose not to report the rape at the time out of fear and confusion.

In a statement to TMZ, Diddy’s team denied Grayson’s allegations, saying, “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone or engaged in sex trafficking. Ms Grayson admits she has no memory of the events alleged in her complaint, does not know who was allegedly involved and has never spoken to Mr Combs. Her accusations against him are pure fiction. As we have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every frivolous lawsuit and money grab by lawyers. He believes in a judicial process in which fact will be separated from opportunistic fictions such as these.

According to her filings, Grayson has no recollection of the alleged assault. She also never mentions that she actually saw or spoke to Diddy at the event.

The lawsuit comes after that Didi was arrested in September for sex trafficking, racketeering and other alleged crimes. He denied the charges and pleaded not guilty to the charges.
