Sean “Diddy” Combs will remain in jail in New York until his trial begins next year.

Didi, 55, voluntarily waived his latest appeal to be released on bail and will remain behind bars pending his May 5, 2025 trial date. people reported on Friday, Dec. 13, citing new court documents.

The scorched-earth music mogul was indicted by a grand jury in September shortly before he was arrested for sex trafficking, racketeering, conspiracy and transportation for the purpose of prostitution. A 14-page indictment — which citing Diddy’s infamous partiesnicknamed “Freak-Offs,” as evidence — alleges that Diddy “abused, threatened and coerced women and others around him” for decades.

Didi denied the allegations and pleaded not guilty to the charges. He was held at the Brooklyn Detention Center pending his trial. Judge denied him bail on four separate complaints.

Most recently, a federal judge Arun Subramanian ruled that “no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably ensure the safety of the community” if he grants Didi’s bail application, according to documents obtained by Us Weekly at the end of November.

The day before Combs withdrew a new bail appeal, he was accused of sexual violence of three more alleged victims, us confirmed on Thursday 12 December.

According to documents obtained by usthe unnamed victims allege Didi drugged and sexually assaulted them. The earliest claim in the documents is in 2019.

​Two of the accusers claim they went to hotels with the rapper, with one alleging they were raped at his home in the Hamptons. (One of them claims he was raped by Didi in his apartment at the Park Hyatt hotel in midtown Manhattan, where he was arrested in September.)

All three alleged victims claimed they had taken alcoholic beverages from Didi, claiming they passed out and came to when he sexually assaulted them.

One alleged victim claimed Diddy told them that going to the police would make them “look like idiots,” adding that he “would never (be) able to back up his allegations against Combs” because of his celebrity status.

The same accuser also claimed that men from Didi’s entourage called his cell phone to “threaten and intimidate” him into keeping quiet after the sexual assault. According to the lawsuit, the alleged victims did not come forward with their stories out of fear and humiliation.

Didi’s lawyers denied the allegations in a statement to us. “These complaints are full of lies,” the statement said. “We will prove them false and seek sanctions against any unethical attorney who has made trumped-up claims against him.”

Statement issued to us noted in October that “Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted anyone, adult or minor, male or female.
