Amy Robb and TJ Holmes are embracing the next chapter of their relationship now that they are under the same roof.
While Robach, 51 moves into the Holmes residence so her 21-year-old daughter Ava can temporarily live in her place, the couple are enjoying their new surroundings.
“Amy and TJ are focused on creating a healthy living situation together,” a source exclusively shares in the latest issue of Us Weekly.
After Robach and Holmes, 47, walked out GMA3: What you need to know in 2023, following news of their affair, the insider says the couple are “excited to finally be able to take their romance to the next level without any guilt or shame.”
While the source notes that the “next step” for Robach and Holmes will be to get married, the two are in no rush to say “I do.” Robach, the insider says, “feels it will continue if they set healthy boundaries and communication.”
“Amy would like to work on their communication skills,” the source continued. “She believes this is the secret to a healthy and long-lasting relationship.”

Robach and Holmes recently opened up about theirs plans to exchange vows. While the duo isn’t engaged, Robach explained during the Monday, Dec. 9 episode of their podcast, “Amy & TJ,” that he wants their wedding in the fall. Holmes, for his part, noted that he could see him and Robach being husband and wife “sooner rather than later.”
“I say this based on my exclusive conversations with the bride,” he quipped. “I say that because we don’t try to figure things out. We’re not trying to see if we want to be together. We’re not trying to do a trial run to see if this thing can work. We are not there.”
Holmes shared that “the decision has been made” that he and Robach will grow old together.
“When we get married, it will be a byproduct of what’s going on. And it’s coming,” he explained, before Robach added: “We were talking about marriage. We haven’t talked about a wedding. And there is a difference between the two.”

Robach and Holmes sparked romance speculation when they were spotted together in November 2022. to shelter together outside the office. At the time Robach was married to Andrew Shue and Holmes was married to Marilee Fiebig. Robach and Schu have daughters Ava and Annalize, 18, while Holmes and Fiebig are parents to daughter Sabine, 11. (Holmes also shares daughter Brianna and son Jaden with ex-wife Amy Pherson.)
Both Robach and Holmes filed for divorce after their relationship was revealed and have since maintained that their respective marriages were over before pursuing things romantically. Meanwhile, Shu and Fiebig began dating in late 2023. and made their own red carpet debut at the 2024 Grassroots Football World AIDS Day Gala. earlier this month.
