
2024 Billboard The music awards are about to hit the TV screens.
One of the biggest nights in music, the annual BBMAs honor the year’s biggest artists, albums, songs, producers and songwriters, newcomers and music legends across genres, based on data that tracks the artist’s performance on Billboard Charts.
In 2023 Taylor Swift and Morgan Wallen were the big winners with Swift collecting 10 awards including Top Male Artist, Top Female Artist and Top Billboard 200 Artist. Wallen, meanwhile, earned Top Billboard 200 Album for his record One thing at a time and Top Hot 100 Song for “Last Night.”
Tate McRaemeanwhile, delivered an unforgettable rendition of “Greedy,” her highest-charting hit on the Billboard Hot 100.

How to watch Billboard Music Awards 2024?
The BBMAs air Thursday, December 12 at 8 p.m. ET on FOX and Fire TV. Viewers can also tune into Paramount+ on demand. Performances will spread everywhere Billboard.com and on Billboard’s social media channels throughout the night.

This year the host is an actress and a comedian Michel Bhutto. Her acting credits include Happiest season, always be mine maybe, Survival of the fattest and Isn’t that romantic? Buteau’s Netflix series special is titled Michelle Buteau: Welcome to Buteaupia.

Zach Bryan leads with 18 awards and a total of 21 entries. Last year, he took home Top New Artist and Best Rock Act. His record American Heartbreak also won Top Rock Album and Top Rock Song went to his hit single “Something in the Orange.”
Swift follows Bryan as a finalist in 16 categories with a total of 17 entries. She is also the most awarded BBMA artist of all time.
Sabrina Carpentermeanwhile, is a first-time finalist in 9 categories, including Top Artist, Top Hot 100 Artist, Top Streaming Track Artist, Top Radio Track Artist, Top Billboard Global 200 Artist, and Top Billboard Global (Ex-US) Artist.
The first BBMAs finalists include: Teddy swims (8), Silence (8), Benson Boone (6), Shabuzi (6), Tommy Richman (4), Falling into reverse (3), Forrest Frank (3), Junior H (3), Chapel Roan (2), ENCHIPPEN (2), Mooney Long (2) and The red clay deviates (2).
