Beyoncé Praises Blue Ivy at Mufasa Premiere Amid Rape Allegations

Beyonce praises his daughter Blue Ivy Carter for her role in Mufasa while the argument swirls around the husband Jay Z after rape allegations were made against him.

The singer took to social media on Monday, December 9 to celebrate the couple’s 12-year-old daughter and shared photos via Instagram from Mufasa premiere that took place in Hollywood, California earlier that evening.

“My beautiful baby girl. This is your night,” Beyoncé, 43, wrote alongside a series of photos of Blue Ivy posing on the red carpet in a floor-length gold gown. Beyoncé, for her part, matched her eldest daughter by rocking an ensemble with cut-out black and gold features.

In the film, which opens in theaters on Friday, December 20, Blue Ivy voices Kiara the lioness, while Beyoncé voices Nala the lioness. The animated adventure serves as a sequel to the 2019 live-action adaptation The Lion King.

Beyoncé attended the premiere with Blue Ivy, along with Jay Z and her mother Tina Knowles.

Monday’s appearance marked Jay-Z’s first public appearance since being accused of rape of a 13-year-old girl in the 2000s together Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The family put on a united front as they walked the red carpet at the premiere of the Disney film, posing for photographers while embracing each other.

per NBC News, Jay-Z, 55, was accused of allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000. with Combs, 55. The accuser, who remained anonymous and was identified only as “Jane Doe,” claimed the assault happened at an afterparty for the MTV Video Music Awards.

Jay-Z (real name Shawn Carter) responded to the lawsuit on Sunday, December 8. The statement provided to Us Weeklydenied the allegations, saying his “only heartbreak is for my family.” (Jay-Z has been married to BeyoncĂ© since 2008, and the couple shares three children, Blue Ivy and twins Rumi and Sir, both 8.)

“My wife and I will have to leave our children, one of whom is at an age where her friends will surely see the press and question the nature of these allegations and explain the cruelty and greed of people,” Jay-Z said in a statement to us. “Grieving another loss of innocence. Children should not have to endure this at a young age. It is unfair to try to understand unfathomable degrees of malice designed to destroy families and the human spirit.

On Monday, December 9 us confirmed that Jay-Z has filed to dismisses the civil action “due to lack of subject matter jurisdiction due to plaintiff’s lack of standing.”

Tina was also involved in the scandal when she was “like” noticed Instagram post breaking the news of Jay-Z’s rape allegations. She later claimed it wasn’t her.

“I got hacked!” Knowles wrote in a Notes app message shared via Instagram on Monday, Dec. 9. “As you all know, I don’t play for my family. So if you see something out of character for me. Just know it’s not me!”

Knowles added in the caption: “Please stop playing with me!!!!”
