This comes after the manslaughter charge was dismissed by the judge on Friday after the jury … deadlocked and failed to reach a unanimous decision.

The fact that this case was ever brought forward is a complete travesty of justice. … How is this person supposed to react when you have a crazy homeless man, with a history of a mile in terms of dealing with police and authorities, in a subway car screaming that he is going to kill himself and everyone else in that subway car?

Well, that would be a clear and present danger, not just to himself, but to everyone in the subway and everyone around him. Daniel Penny intervened like a brave Good Samaritan to protect everyone else in that car.
