Swift, 34, took the stage for her final Eras Tour a concert on Sunday, December 8, in Vancouver. In the weeks leading up to the show, fans on social media planned a heartfelt moment that they intended to happen during folklore and Forever sets.
During the tour, Swift often paused in front of her piano after singing “Champagne Problems” as the audience gave her sustained applause. The last concert was no different, and Swift smiled on stage as the crowd cheered. Footage shared via X also showed fans performing the project, with the crowd singing “Happy Birthday” to the pop star. (Swift turns 35 on Friday, December 13.)
Flavor Flavwho proudly identifies as “King Swiftie,” attended Sunday’s performance and shared a clip of himself taking part in the fan-led tribute. “Happy birthday to @taylorswift13 ,,, we all love you 🫶🏾,” he wrote through X.
Swift began her tour in March 2023. with performance more than 100 shows all over the world. she confirmed in June that the tour will end at the end of 2024, urging Epochs “the most exhausting, all-consuming, yet most joyful, most rewarding, most wonderful thing that has ever happened in my life.”

All I do when I’m not on stage is sit at home and try to come up with clever combinations of acoustic songs and think about what you would like to hear.”
Swift shared a similar message on Sunday, taking a moment to reflect during the red part of the concert. “I think that’s the lasting legacy of this tour, the fact that you created such a space of joy and togetherness and love. … I couldn’t be more proud of you, it’s all you,” she told the audience. “I just want to say that you are the reason why this is so special, that you have supported me as long as you have, the reason that I do these wonderful memory walks every night, because you take care of every era of the whole my life. “
While performing midnight — the final era of Swift’s set list — she thanked fans once again “for being a part of the most exciting chapter of my entire life.”
At the end of the show, which included a shout out to the boyfriend Travis Kelce in the form of a lyric change to “Karma,” Swift embraced her backup dancers in a sweet group hug. Fans later spotted Swift exiting the stage, video sharing on social media waving to the crowd.
