Taylor Frankie Paul appears to crop Dakota Mortensen out of a holiday card

The Secret Life of Mormon Wives star Taylor Frankie Paulis 2024 Holiday Card raises eyebrows.

“Our Christmas card to you 🎄,” Paul, 30, wrote via Instagram on Saturday, December 7, sharing a carousel of family photos.

Paul joined her parents, her two siblings and her three children for the shoot. (The MomTok creator shares children Indy, 7, and Ocean, 4, with her ex-husband Tate Paul and son Ever, 8 months, with boyfriend Dakota Mortensen.)

However, Mortensen does not appear in Taylor’s upload. Fans immediately asked via Instagram comments if he was included.

“No baby daddy?” one social media user wrote.

Another added: “The awkward moment when his shoe cuts and he doesn’t.”

Taylor hasn’t spoken publicly about her photo-editing decision, although a similar holiday portrait shared by her mother shows Mortensen was present for the holiday session.

“Merry Christmas to all my friends and family! May God bless each and every one of you! ❤️,” Taylor’s mother, Lian Mayinscription an Instagram fast on saturday.

In May’s photo, Mortensen was standing next to Taylor, who was holding baby Ever.

Taylor began dating Mortensen after her divorce from Tate. After dating on and off, they welcomed son Ever in March. His arrival is chronicled The Secret Life of Mormon Wives season 1, which aired on Hulu earlier this year.

Taylor extremely confirmed to Us Weekly in the cast story in September that she is no longer dating Mortensen.

“I would say we’re working on things and I don’t really have a clue where they go with us from here,” she said us. “We’re not quite together, but we’re not quite done either. I don’t know what the future holds with him and me.”

Taylor added that she was “heartbroken,” saying us“It’s just a lot. I’m trying to cope.”

She continued: “He has a really good soft side and I feel like that wasn’t shown on the show. He says, “I look like this to you while you’re pregnant, when it’s just not how I treated you all along. Yes, I have defended myself on (some) occasions, but I am not one for you. I look like this horrible person when I’m not.”

Mortensen never spoke publicly about their split, and by November they appeared to have reconciled.

“At least he’s trying,” Taylor captioned a November TikTok video to Mortensen, seemingly hinting at a potential reunion.

Neither does Taylor, who is currently filming Mormon Wives season 2, nor Mortensen have further disclosed their relationship status.
