The Young Sheldon the cameos just keep on coming on Big Bang Theorythe latest spinoff, Georgie and Mandy’s first marriage.
Matt Hobby will reprise his role as Pastor Jeff in February episode of Georgie and Mandy’s first marriage. According to TVLineJeff comes to play mediator after Mary (Zoe Perry) and Audrey (Rachel Bay Jones), as they begin to compete for the love of their granddaughter.
“I don’t know if he’s doing great, but he’s certainly trying to (mediate),” co-creator Steve Holland said at the outlet on Wednesday, December 4. “Mary and Audrey clash, they don’t see eye to eye, and that’s a fun thing that we didn’t get to explore.”
Holland teased him “really fun episode,” adding, “When we were developing this story, it also seemed like a great chance to bring back Matt Hobby. It was so much fun to have him and so much fun to put (those characters) in front of an audience and have a little Pastor Jeff come back into our lives.”

Big Bang Theory created a franchise after aired from 2007 to 2019. The series branched off with a prequel titled Young Sheldonwho participated Ian Armitage as a child prodigy growing up in Texas. The universe just got bigger with Sheldon’s older brother, Georgie (Montana Jordan), scoring a spinoff with Mandy (Emily Osment).

Jones expressed hope that the actors from Big Bang Theory franchise keep showing interest when returning to the screen.
“If Meemaw and Audrey can get into it, that would make me really happy because I love Annie Potts more than almost anyone on this planet,” she continued. “It would be really fun to keep playing with her. And we’re promised their presence because it’s a small town, so you can’t escape all these other residents.
