Active-Duty US Airman accused of killing missing woman on the military base of South Dakota


A South Dakota Active Airman was arrested for federal charges after the authorities would say that he reportedly killed a missing Indian woman on a military basis.

Quinterius Chappelle, 24, an Airman Basic stationed at Ellsworth Air force Base, is accused of second-degree murder in the death of 21-year-old Sahela Toka Win Sangrait.

Chappelle appeared on Monday before the American magistrate judge Daneta L. Wollmann and was not guilty of a federal criminal complaint.

Authorities have established that Sangrait was reported missing On August 10, 2024, “was killed on the base somewhere in August 2024.”
