A spokesperson for the airline shared a statement with FOX News Digital and confirmed that they worked with law enforcement agencies and have “zero tolerance” for this kind of behavior.

“Delta has no tolerance for unmanageable behavior and collaborated with law enforcement authorities on the study,” a spokesperson for Delta Air Lines shared in a statement.

Neither the airline nor the FAA shared what happened, or if the passenger were confronted with criminal or civil fines.

The Los Angeles fire brigade shared with KABC TV that the crew on board the flight stated that an adult man should be stopped after biting one passenger and touching others.

Officials added that an ambulance brought the unmanageable passenger to the hospital for a psychological evaluation and later returned to investigate a passenger he had injured, reported the exhaust.
