According to Georgas, her daughter was “scared” and “extreme upset” when she used the girl’s bathroom on February 5 and noticed that a transgender -student also used the facilities at the same time.

“She was told by the administration that a student can use both the bathroom and a female dressing room because they now identify themselves as feminine,” said Georgas about the statement that directors are said to have provided to her daughter.

Georgas then addressed the issue to the government’s government and noted that she believed it was a direct violation of President Donald Trump “Keep men from the sports sports” Executive order. She said in her speech that the administration informed her that the student was free to use both the girls’ bathroom and the dressing room of the girls under the leadership of their legal adviser.

Georgas said that the situation then deteriorated, days later, her daughter and other classmates refused to change in her uniform during physical education because the transgender student was present.

She claimed that the next day school managers pulled the girls aside and they later fell into uniform.

“That day, (assistant -superintendent for student services) Joanna Ford, (assistant director) Cathy van Treese, and several teachers all came to the dressing room of girls, causing them to change in uniform. This went all week,” she said, adding that her daughter still “refused to participate.”

As part of Georgas’ speech, they ‘demanded’ the district to move forward with the designation of facilities for biological men and biological women.

Georgas appeared on “America Reports” last week when she expressed her greatest concern about the situation.

“This is such a dangerous precedent for girls to leave men in safe places everywhere. My biggest concern is that a mature, biological man – who has not switched – has freely access to women’s bathrooms (s) changing rooms, endangering their safety and privacy. This is common sense.”

Fox News Digital contacted the Ministry of Justice and the Education Department for comment on the complaint.
