An Iranian general promised “decisive and destructive” to respond to any threats after president Donald Trump said he ordered the American troops to start military action against Houthis in Yemen.
“We warn our enemies that Iran will respond decisively and destructively if they perform their threats,” General Hossein Salami, the leader of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, According to Reuters after the state media during the weekend against the terrorist group in Tehran against the terrorist group supported by Tehran.
“We are not a nation to live in hiding. We are a valid and legitimate system in the world. We announce it when we attack everywhere,” Salami said by ABC News.
US Central Command said on Saturday that “a series of operations had initiated that consists of precision attacks against Iran-supported Houthi goals in Yemen to defend American interests, to deter enemies and restore the freedom of navigation.”

Trump wrote on Truth Social Saturday that he “ordered the army of the United States to launch decisive and powerful military action against the Houthi terrorists in Yemen.”
“It is more than a year since a commercial ship in the US sailed safely through the Suez Canal, the Red Sea or the Gulf of Aden,” Trump continued. “The last American warship that went through the Red Sea four months ago was attacked by the Houthis during a dozen times.”
Trump wrote that “the relentless attacks have cost the US and the world economy many billions of dollars, while at the same time endangering innocent life.”
“For all Houthi terrorists you have time to stop and your attacks, starting today. If they don’t, hell will rain on you like nothing you’ve ever seen before!” His post concluded.
The large-scale campaign against Houthi goals in Yemen will be “inexorable” until the Proxies supported by Iran promise to withdraw our assets, Defense Minister Pete Hegseeth Fox News told on Sunday.

A high defense officer told Fox News about the developments on Sunday. The drones were aimed at the Truman Carrier Strike Group of the American Navy and were shot “well before” they were a serious threat, the official said.
