Gymnast Simone Biles vows ‘never’ to return to Pilates class, cites difficulties in first experience

Simone Biles is an elite athlete and one of the best gymnasts of all time, but she recently admitted that she struggled to get through a workout.

Biles apparently took some time off after winning her fifth, sixth and seventh Olympic gold medals earlier this year in Paris.

But recently she resumed her workouts.

According to Biles’ social media account, Pilates was at least part of her first workout after the Olympics, but her experience with the popular exercise wasn’t something she was interested in doing again.
