KL Rahul’s lighthearted response to his batting position question
Speaking to the media during a press conference in Adelaide, Rahul said that though he was informed, he was asked not to share the information today. It will be revealed either on day 1 or when the captain arrives tomorrow.
“I’ve been told, but I’ve also been told not to share it today. You have to wait for Day 1 or it might be when the captain gets here tomorrowRahul said at the press conference.
The question of Rahul’s position arose because of the opener’s return Rohit Sharmawho lost the first Test. In Rohit’s absence, Rahul had been promoted to the opening position and made a major impact, scoring 77 runs in India’s second innings.
