Huisdemocrats will hold a “day of action” throughout the country on Tuesday to push back “aggressively” against the “Devil’s Republican plan to carry out the greatest Medicaid reduction in the history of our nation” after the congress has approved an expenditure account for a one Government closure.
The Senate voted on Friday 54-46 to adopt the STOPGAP expenditure law, with Senator Rand Paul, R-Ky., As the only Republican who opposes the measure. Almost all democratic senators oppose it, but senator Jeanne Shaheen, DN.H., and independent senator Angus King van Maine, who voted Caucuses with the Democrats, voted to take the bill.
Earlier in the week, the GOP-controlled house approved the short-term account, also known as a continuous resolution, which will continue to spend the same as the tax year 2024 until 1 October to 1 October.

If an expenditure account was not assumed against Friday’s deadline, the government would have entered into a partial closure. President Donald Trump supported the bill and urged the legislators to pass it.
Huisminderheid leader Hakeem Jeffries, DN.Y., said that the bill “is an attack on veterans, families, seniors and everyday Americans.”
“The constant republican attack on the economy, health care, the social safety net and the benefits of veterans requires that we all work together in the coming weeks and months,” he said in a statement. “Donald Trump’s unfair and nude superficial efforts to distribute us will not succeed.”
Chuck Schumer will vote to keep the government open: “For Donald Trump, a closure would be a gift”

Jeffries said that House Democrats will hold a “day of action” on Tuesday to “aggressively reduce the Devil’s Republican plan to carry out the greatest Medicaid reduction in the history of our nation,” Add to it: “We will work together with our colleagues at every level of the government to protect the American people.”
Democrats in the house and the Senate, as well as governors, local chosen officials, trade unions, civil rights organizations, reform groups for democracy and committed citizens all have an important role to play, Jeffries said.
“Our party is not a cult, we are a coalition,” he said. “Occasionally we can disagree very much about a certain way of acting. Surtiging Democrats throughout the country remain determined to improve life for everyday Americans and to stop the damage caused by Donald Trump, Elon Musk and house republicans.”

The vote of the Senate on Friday to achieve the continuous resolution of six months, came after a procedural vote earlier in the day in which enough Democrats, including Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer, DN.Y., Republicans helped to overcome the filibuster and to continue with the stopgap issue account.
Jeffries has refused to answer questions about whether he had faith in Schumer after the senator contributed Republican legislation.
