The Trump government has already appealed the Alsup ruling and claims that the States do not have the right to try to influence the relationship of the federal government with its own employees. Lawyers from the Ministry of Justice argued that the dismissals were for performance problems, not large -scale dismissals that are subject to specific regulations.

Test workers have been the target of dismissal in the federal government because they are usually new in the job and have no complete protection of civil servants. Multiple lawsuits have been brought through the massive shooting.

Alsup, who was appointed by President Bill Clinton, has found that hard to believe. He was planning to hold evidence on Thursday, but Ezell did not seem to testify in court or even to be in favor of a statement, and the government withdrew his written testimony.

There are an estimated 200,000 probation workers at federal agencies. They include employees at entry level, but also employees who have recently received a promotion.
