Amazon MGM Studios has the rights to Kevin Cook’s “The Tiger Slam: The Inside Story of the Greatest Golf once played”, confirmed to people, confirmed a studio spokesperson to people.
The Amazon film will be based on the book that is on the shelves in December. Former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama are “in conversation” to become a member of the project through their company, Higher Ground Productions, according to Deadline.

Reinaldo Marcus Green, whose film credits “King Richard” include, is also interested in the Woods project. According to the report, Green is considered to direct the film.
Actor Will Smith won an Academy Award for his representation of Richard Williams, the father and former coach of tennis greats Serena and Venus Williams in “King Richard.” The Williams sisters were mentioned as the executive producers of the film.

A timetable for the release of the documentary has not been made available.
Woods had prepared for that of next month Masters Tournament. But it is unlikely that he will compete with Augusta National after Woods had announced on Tuesday that he had an operation to tackle a torn Achilles tendon.
“I am back home now and I intend to concentrate on my recovery and rehabilitation, thanks for all the support” wrote on x.
In February, Woods announced that his mother, Kutilda Woods, had died at the age of 81.

She was loved by so much, but especially because of her two grandchildren, Sam and Charlie.”
Obama and Tiger Woods have a history. Obama once traveled to Florida to play a round wave with forest during his presidency. Woods visited the White House during a celebration of the American and international golf teams of the Presidents Cup in June 2014.

The former president and the production company of the former First Lady has put countless projects on the screen since the 2018 launch, including the docuseries “Our Oceans and Court of Gold” and “Rustin”.
