The Environmental Protection Agency terminates $ 20 billion in subsidies awarded by the Biden Administration for Climate and Clean Energy Projects, manager Lee rarin announced Tuesday.
In a video posted on X, Zeldin said that $ 20 billion in American tax dollars “was parked at an external financial institution in a deliberate attempt to limit government supervision, to deepen your money by only eight pass-through, politically connected, unconscious and in some cases brand new NGOs.”
The money has been frozen since then, he said and noticed that the Ministry of Justice and FBI are investigating.

The program, Approved by the congress According to the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act, the greenhouse gas reduction fund was previously known, but it is more often called the Green Bank. Two initiatives, $ 14 billion and $ 6 billion respectively, were intended to offer subsidies to non -profit organizations, community development banks and other groups for projects that focus on disadvantaged communities.
The eight non -profit organizations that received the money were the Coalition for Green Capital, Climate United Fund, Power Forward Communities, Opportunity Finance Network, Inclusiv and the Justice Climate Fund. These organizations work together with different groups, including the re -wiring of America, Habitat for Humanity and the Community Preservation Corporation.
The EPA “just reported 8 recipients of $ 20 billion in Biden EPA ‘Gold Bars’ that their subsidies have ended!” Rarin wrote on X.

In his video, rarin quoted reports that Power Forward Communities, a group connected to Democrat Stacey Abrams, received $ 2 billion after reporting only $ 100 to the total turnover the year before.
He also said that the founder of the EPA program $ 5 billion has assigned his former employer after he had worked on the legislation that the program created from his role in the White house.
“These two examples have only been the tip of the iceberg,” said Zeldin. “I am here to report to the American people that from today I have officially fully terminated these subsidy agreements. Not only does the EPA have the full authority to take this action, but frankly we have left no other option.”

“This termination is based on substantial concerns about program -integrity, objections to the allocation process, programmatic fraud, waste and abuse and incorrect alignment with the priorities of the agency, which jointly undermine the fundamental goals and legal objectives of the prices,” he went further.
Rarin said that the “only way” to reduce waste, to increase supervision and to pay the intention of the law as it is written is by terminating the subsidies. He said it is his “relentless commitment” to President Donald Trump, the congress and the American people.
“The EPA will again be an exceptional steward of your tax dollars. I will not have any other way,” said Zeldin.
