A teenager has landed a place in Guinness World Records for having the world Hairste Face.
Lalit Patidar, an 18-year-old from India, turned out to have 201.72 hair per square centimeter, according to Guinness 95% of his face.
The excessive hair growth is the result of a rare medical condition called hypertrichosis, informally known as ‘Wewolf Syndrome’.

To confirm the record, Patidar saw a trichologist (A specialist who treats hair and scalp disorders) to get an official measurement of his face hair.

The teenager was excited to hear that he had broken the record.
“I am speechless, I don’t know what to say, because I am very happy to get this recognition,” he told Guinness.

Patidar also told Guinness that children were afraid of him when he first started going to school.
“They were afraid of me, but when they started to know me and talk to me, they understood that I was not so different from them, and it was just on the outside that I looked different, but I am no different from the inside,” he said.

The teenager now embraces his uniqueness and has started a YouTube channel that describes his daily life.
