Tottenham made a dramatic return to save a 2-2 draw against Bournemouth after falling 2-0 back to north London.
The cherries looked for a vital victory in their Champions League football hunting, but the side of the ange Postecoglou has returned their way back to a Fun Premier League conflict.
Bournemouth started vigorously, pushing Spurs’s defense from the beginning. Evanilson and Justin Kluivert were forced to save premature savings by Guglielmo Vicario as visitors threatened the counterattack.
Spurs struggled to break Bournemouth’s defense and managed to manage just 0.47 expected targets (xg) in the first half.
Their best chances came from the half -efforts of Yves Bissouma and Brennan Johnson, none of which really concerns Kepa Arrizabalaga on the target.
As half wore, Bournemouth’s pressure yielded. Milos Kerez fell down the left side in the 42nd minute and gave a world -class cross to Marcus Tavernier, who put the house to give the cherries a descendant.
The crowd of home expressed their frustration as Boos hit the stadium when the whistle was heard.
Bournemouth started the second half confident and believed that they had doubled their lead in the 52nd minute.

A quick counterattack saw Tavernier and Antoine Semenyo combined to create Kluivert, which ended beautifully. However, VAR intervened, excluding the target for the offside in accumulation.
They were undoubtedly, the visitors were pushing forward again and won the second goal in the 65th minute. Kluivert played smart at Evanilson, who threw a complex finish over Vicario to put the bournemouth 2-0 in front.
However, Spurs found an answer almost immediately. Lucas Bergvall hit the post before Pape Matar Sarr pulled one back in the 67th minute with a bold effort to take Kepa out of his line, plunging over the wrong goalkeeper to make it 2-1.
By shifting the momentum, Tottenham pressed hard for an equalizer. They continued to try Bournemouth’s backline, with son Heung-Min, James Maddison and Wilson Odobert seeing all efforts to block.
Their perseverance was attributed to the 82nd minute when Maddison played a well -weighed passage to the son, who went down to the box by Kepa.
The referee immediately showed the point and the son did not make any mistake, with a cool penalty shootout to bring the Spurs level to 2-2.
Both sides were likely to win it slowly. Kluivert struck the position for Bournemouth, while Maddison saw a closed range plan blocked by Kerkez in a break.
Although both teams are pushing for a winner, the game is over with the ruins they share.
