The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed the case with FOX News, without identifying the student or which university they were present because of ‘legal limitations’.
“Last night we withdrew the first visa from an alien who was previously cited for criminal behavior in connection with Hamas-supporting disturbances,” said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. “This person was a university student. Ice will continue to remove this person from the country.”
