The resolution of Ogles is aimed at stripping commission assignments of the Democratic legislators who temporarily deposited the house into chaos on Thursday.

He told Fox News Digital that he intends to regard the resolution as ‘privileged’, which means that house leaders will have two legislative days to take the measure.

The resolution of Ogles, first obtained by FOX News Digital, gives the Sergeant at-arms on the house to “give a determination” “of which members ignored the speaker’s guideline to leave the well of the house.”

“When submitting that list to the speaker,” they would “be removed from a permanent committee on which they are currently serving for the rest of the 119th congress,” said the text.

Ogles first placed his intention to submit his resolution to X.

“The speaker, he is a good man, he is a Christian man. He has a friendly heart. Grace gave them the opportunity to stop and they refuse to do this,” Ogles told Fox News Digital. “So look, if you want to behave like a petulant child on the house floor and give you a warning and a reprimand, and you choose not to stop, then actions must be taken.”

Green was removed from Trump’s joint address to Congress on Tuesday evening after repeatedly disturbing the start of the president’s speech.

Johnson had removed Green by the Sergeant at-arms.

The 77-year-old Democrat was not repentant when he had the opportunity to express himself in his defense on Wednesday.

“I heard the speaker when he said I had to stop. I didn’t do that, and I didn’t do it with intentionality. It wasn’t done from an eruption of emotion,” Green said. “I think you should be willing to suffer the consequences for some questions, conscience questions. And I have said that I will do that. I will suffer what the consequences are, because I do not believe that in the richest country in the world, people without good health care should be.”
