Exclusive: President Donald Trump told Fox News Digital Thursday that rep. Al Green, D-Texas, “must be forced to pass an IQ test because he is a low IQ person and we do not need a low IQ individuals in the congress,” after the Democrat has disrupted its joint session address.
The House of Representatives on Thursday, in a dual mood, censored Green to interrupt the joint session address of the president to the congress on Tuesday.

“He should be censored,” Trump told Fox News Digital. “He should be forced to pass an IQ test because he is a low IQ person and we do not need a low IQ individuals in the congress.”
The president also shot green like ‘a fool and a clown’.

“Nobody takes him seriously,” Trump told Fox News Digital. “He is a shame for the congress, but a much greater shame for the Democrats.”
The 77-year-old Democrat was removed from Trump’s joint address to Congress on Tuesday evening after repeatedly disturbing the start of the president’s speech.

He shouted, “You don’t have a mandate!” At Trump when he praised Republican victories in the house, Senate and the White House.
House speaker Mike Johnson had removed Green by the American sergeant-at-arms.
