President Donald Trump Promised to make “America affordable again” by reducing the costs of energy during his joint address to the congress on Tuesday evening.
Speaking in Capitol, Trump said he “fights” every day to “turn” the economic damage he blamed for his predecessor, former president, Joe Biden.
“Joe Biden mainly lets the price of eggs get out of hand,” said Trump. “The egg price is out of hand and we work hard to get it down again.”
“An important focus of our struggle to beat inflation is quickly to lower energy costs, “the president went on.” The previous administration reduced the number of new oil and gas lease by 95%, delayed the construction of the pipeline to a halt and closed more than 100 power plants. We now open many of those power plants. “

“We have more liquid gold under our feet than every nation on earth, and by far,” said Trump. “And now I am fully authorizing the most talented team that has ever been collected to get it. It’s called Drill, Schat, Drill.”
Lowering energy prices was one of Trump’s many campaign blows before being chosen in November. During a meeting in State College, Pennsylvania, Trump sworn to lift the American break On our liquid natural gas export terminals.

“Starting on day one of my new administration, I will put an end to the war of Kamala Harris to Pennsylvania Energy,” Trump told the crowd on 26 October. “And we’ll be Frack, Frack, Frack.”
Trump also promised his supporters that their energy bills would be halved within his first 12 months. Before being confirmed, Energy Minister Chris Wright Earlier said that lowering energy costs was one of the three of his most important objectives in function.

“Federal policy makes it too easy today to stop projects and very difficult to start and complete projects,” Wright said in January. “This makes energy more expensive and less reliable. President Trump strives to reduce energy costs and to do this, we must prioritize cutting bureaucracy, making investments in the private sector and building the infrastructure that we need to make energy more affordable for families and companies.”
