Cohen started the debate when he has one McCain Post. She praised 19-year-old McNabb as ‘incredibly smart, strong and brave’, as Cohen suggested that the teenager was transgender people ‘villifying’.
“Surprised that you buy the defamation of the trans-community, given the real problems in this country, your earlier alliance of the LGBTQ community and the fact that this non-issue affects about four people in this country,” Cohen wrote in a post.
McNabb then responded to Cohen’s attack on McCain and called his comments ‘actually wrong’.

“Andy, calling the protection of women’s sports A ‘non-problem’ that affects ‘four people’ is not only rejecting it is actually wrong. Hundreds of female athletes have lost stage places, fairs and opportunities. My own injury was life-changing. And even if it was only one girl, that is one too much.
Cohen then responded to MCNABB and admitted that his original reaction was based on just one piece of data provided by NCAA President Charlie Baker in December.
“The NCAA president testified under oath who of more than 500,000 student athletes, he is aware of less than 10 Trans -members. I received my information there,” wrote Cohen, referring to Baker’s statistics that was provided during a hearing of the congress on December 17.
Cohen did not take into account the athletes who were affected at the high school level, or at other levels of competition. Since the last message, Cohen has not responded at the time of publication.

His exchange with McCain and MCNABB quickly went viral on Tuesday evening, because many stood in line to hardly criticize the Bravo personality for his criticism of a post intended to celebrate the 19-year-old.
McCain answered and invited Cohen for a more in -depth conversation about the issue, while the host gave more clarity about the situation of McNabb.
“Surprised that you are in order with violence against female athletes. Peyton has suffered serious brain damage – only one story. You have my cell, always happy to talk privately about one of our shows because these conversations are reductive to be on social media,” McCain wrote.
