Minnesota House is unable to give Bill by giving to Bar Trans -Athletes of Women’s Sports

“Woman means a woman as biologically determined by genetics and defined with regard to the reproductive system of an individual,” De Bill mentions.

However, opponents of the bill have pointed to trans -discrimination in their arguments.

“All children deserve to play,” said Democratic State Rep. Brion Curran, the Caucus chairman of the Minnesota Queer legislers. “We will not be complacent with this hateful and dangerous anti-transtrance.”

Democratic State Rep. Liish Kozlowski added that the law “was a bill to bully transmeisjes and non-bay children.”

While this heated debate was underway, the Senate voted on Monday for a bill that forbade transatletes to participate in women’s sports. The bill did not receive the 60 votes needed to continue, which means that at least seven Democrats did not vote.

Trump’s Executive Order Last month, the Education Department ordered school systems, as well as colleges, to inform that the forcing of girls and women to compete with transgender women is a violation of title IX.

After the order was signed, the NCAA revised its own policy with regard to trans -athletes in women’s sports, although the revision has been seen as controversial by some.

However, the American attorney -general Pam Bondi wrote a letter at the end of last month that warned of the consequences of the non -goods of the ‘Sports Act van Girls’.

State Democratic Rep. Leigh Finke said there is no transatlete in the United States.

“Minnesota has been included for 10 years. We have had zero problems,” said Finke. “But we do this for political reasons. And if you lie over a community long enough, people will believe it.”

Republican State Rep. Peggy Bennett saw it very differently.

If the bill were taken into the house on Monday, it would still not have been signed by GOV. Tim Walz, a strong advocate for transgender rights who are expected to pronounce the veto.
