A group of more than 50 anti-Israeli demonstrators took over a building at that of New York City Barnard College And reportedly attacked an employee on Wednesday evening.
The students were protesting The expulsion of two students who stormed a classroom in Columbia University in January and reportedly threw around Flyers full of hateful speech.
Columbia Students for Justice in Palestine showed videos about X of masked students in a corridor that knocks on drums and sing on megaphones.

The account also placed a list of requirements accompanied by the text: “We will not stop until our requirements are met. Free Palestine.”
The requirements include a “immediate reversal of the two Barnard students” and “Amnesty is disciplined for all students for Pro-Palestine promotion or thought. Let all costs fall now! “
They also asked for a public meeting with Dean Leslie Grijnage and President Laura Rosenbury, and the abolition of the “corrupt disciplinary process of Barnard”, demanded complete transparency for current, earlier and future disciplinary procedures.
The students said they will continue to disrupt the campus until these requirements have been met.

A Barnard spokesperson said that the protesters had attacked a university employee who was eventually sent to the hospital.
“They encouraged others to enter the campus without identification and show flagrant contempt for the safety of our community,” said Robin Levine, vice president of Barnard College for Strategic Communications, in a statement.

Levine said she would give them until 9.30 pm to leave the building or the school would take other actions.
“We have delivered several good wedding efforts to de-escalate. Barnard Leadership has offered to meet the protesters,” said Levine’s statement. “They refused. We also offered mediation.”
The demonstrators began to leave the building at 11 p.m., according to reports from Fox 5 New York.
