Dolce & Gabbana’s 1998 Archive Dress made a memorable appearance on the New York stage when Whitney Houston chose him to perform on his “My Love Is Your Love” tour.
In 2021 Sarah Jessica Parker and Heidi Klum both were wearing the same dress Sex and the city.
In the episode, Carrie (Parker) is invited to participate in a New York fashion show that pairs real models (Klum makes a cameo) with regular stylish people from the Manhattan media circuit.
At a pre-fitting, Carrie tried on a floral maxi dress, but it was about “four feet” too long, so the designers gave it to Klum, who wouldn’t need any alterations.

Fittingly, the same can be said for Kidman, who at 5-foot-11 is two inches taller than Klum. The Aussie-born actress has been known to wear plus-size designer clothes for most of her career because they were stylish, but more importantly, they fit her lanky figure.
It’s no wonder, then, that Kidman showed off her curvier figure on the red carpet on Monday. With trompe-l’Å“il floral motifs, she turned heads coming and going, thanks to a fitted bodice that accentuated her cleavage. The satin column skimmed her figure and blended into a train that trailed behind her as she made her way past photographers on her way to the ceremony.
The actress paired it with a sparkly Tyler Ellis clutch and Christian Louboutin shoes that made her legs look even longer. Meanwhile, her glamor was nothing more than a fashion bombshell.
She rocked tousled waves, burgundy lipstick and highlighter. Dark black nail polish completed the ’90s statement, which kept the preternaturally ageless Kidman looking fresh on the red carpet.
