A huge explosion rocked a grill area in one Resort in Maui, Hawaii, Seven people injured and rubble spread over a beach.

At least three people are in critical condition after the explosion in the Whaler Resort on Ka’anapali Beach on Thursday evening, with victims ranging in age from 18 to 74, according to Hawaii News now.

“We swim to the swimming pool in the Sheraton and suddenly there was this huge, earth-shaking tree,” David Flint told the station.

A photo taken on the scene showed the locals who investigated the damage in the grill area. Some resort guests could be seen who lean over the balconies to view the destruction.
