Eric Mabius was arrested Early Thursday morning in Yulee, Florida, for simple battery, according to a arrest record obtained by Fox News Digital.
The Hallmark actor, who seemed to have a black eye in his mug shot, would have “beaten” two women in one Nassau County Bar during a fight around 2 a.m. local time.
He is confronted with two crime costs for battery and resistance to arrest without violence.

Allegedly, Mabius has beaten an intoxicated woman who forced people in a bar in Florida, and a woman who reportedly had harassed them, according to a statement from the arresting officer at the Nassau County Sheriff’s Department.
“The victim said this only took a few seconds, but while she was on the ground, Eric got her hair on top of her and pulled her a handful of hair out of her scalp,” the arresting officer continued. “The victim then stated that this is when several people at the bar could pull both of her detainees from her.”

The drunken woman was also arrested, according to the arrest record.
Mabius became “more war -carrying” as soon as officers brought him out of the bar, “not simple commands followed to just sit on the couch,” the arresting officer continued and added: “At some point Eric tried to get up And to walk behind me and walk behind me while I tried to investigate the incident.

A witness who claimed that he was spit through the intoxicated woman, told officers that “Eric, both girls hung to the ground and therefore grabbed Eric from the girls” while the police arrived on the spot.
The witness said he did not want to charge because he was spit on, but the woman who was said to be thrown on the floor wanted to put pressure on the indictment of both Mabius and the intoxicated woman, and they were each arrested for a simple battery.

The actor played in Hallmark’s “Signed, sealed, delivered” Series, and he played Daniel Meade on “Ugly Betty” from 2006 to 2010.
Fox News Digital has contacted Hallmark and REP for Mabius for comment.
