Manchester City are not expected to stand in the way of clubs trying to sign Liam Delap from Ipswich Town in the near future.
The talented young English forward he had a spell at Manchester City earlier in his career but didn’t have much time before going out on a number of loan spells.
Chelsea is preparing an offer of 60 million euros for the PSG star!
Delap eventually left City for good for a move to Ipswich, where he has been in excellent form in the Premier League so far this season. leading to interest from the likes of ArsenalChelsea and Tottenham.
City do have a buyout option for Delap, however, and that has led to some speculation that they could be ready to offer him a second spell at the Etihad Stadium.
Or, at the very least, MCFC could do some smart business by activating the buyback option and then selling the 21-year-old for a healthy profit.

Liam Delap unlikely to return to Manchester City, says Paul Robinson
However, it seems former Premier League goalkeeper Paul Robinson is not convinced City will attempt such a thing with Delap, leaving him free to join the likes of Arsenal and Spurs.
“He just signed this season and started playing,” Robinson told Football Insider.
“It’s just a deal that’s not going to happen, you’ve seen Cole Palmer leave, that’s the thing with Manchester City’s younger players.
“They are not afraid to let the younger players out, they realize they have to play football, they also realize the situation in FFP and PSR.
“To bring him back is almost admitting you were wrong.
“If Ipswich continue to struggle this season I can’t see him leaving until the summer, I think it’s a summer deal.
“If Ipswich struggle this season but keep scoring the goals they are doing, they will be Premier League players next year, that’s for sure.”
