Delta Air Lines said that “18 customers with injuries” had been transported to area hospitals. At least three people suffered critical but no life -threatening injuries, a spokesperson for the paramedical service who was on site, Fox News Digital told.

It was the deadliest aerial tramp in the United States since 2001.
Other recent aviation tramps in North America include a small commuter aircraft on its way to Nome, Alaska, which crashed on 6 February, killing the pilot and nine passengers.
