Atalanta has a job on the second leg of the Champions League Knockout round tie of Club Brugge.
La Dea appeared to be intended to secure a 1-1 draw at Bruges last Wednesday after Mario Pasalic canceled the opener of Ferran Jutgla, but an extremely controversial sentence slowly allowed the hosts to claim a 2-1 victory.
With long goals that are no longer considered in this competition, Atalanta demands a healthy victory in Bergamo to move on to the 16th round.
Both teams remain on hunting for their respective domestic titles this season, but the couple were held to pull the weekend. While Atalanta failed to break a decisive side of Cagliari into an indefinite impasse, Brugge slowly rallied to get a spot on the struggling STVV.

Atalanta has losing the King of the African footballer of the year Ademola Lookman, but there is a chance to return to Gian Piero Gasperini’s XI on Tuesday night.
Lookman and Sead Kolasinac also returned to education after Saturday’s impasse.
However, the hosts are once again without Gianluca Scamacca, which has been set for a period of time with a hamstring issue just recovered from an ACL tear. Giorgio Scalvini and Odilon Kossounou are also unlikely to present, while January adding Daniel Maldini is a doubt.
Atalanta predicted the composition against Club Brugge (3-4-2-1): Patricio; Djimsiti, Hien, Kolasinac. Bellanova, De Roon, Ederson, Zappacosta. Lookman, de Ketelaere? Rettyuses.
Brugge’s position at the Belgian Pro League table meant that Nicky Hayen chose resting and rotating on STVV at the weekend and we should see a similar start -up series on Tuesday night.
Visitors remain healthy on the injury front, with Bjorn Meiler being the only remarkable absence.
Christos Tzolis was on the bench on the weekend and could return to Hayen’s team with Jutgla starting the top and Gustaf Nilsson leaving. Raphael Onyedinka, who scored at Etihad last month, is also ready to return to Xi.
Club Brugge predicted the turn against Atalanta (4-2-3-1): Mignolet? Seys, Ordonez, Mechele, De Cuyper. Oyedika, Yashari. Taibi, Vanaken, Tzolis. Jutgla.
The Club Brugge was excellent last week, refusing to succumb to Atalanta’s unique intensity of Occupation, while visitors himself through smart work without the ball.
Brugge must produce a similar level of performance in Bergamo to have the opportunity to pass, with Atalanta enjoying much of the territory on Tuesday night. However, we saw the side of Gasperini not unfolding when we need a target sometimes on Gewiss that term. La Dea has drawn gaps in home games and was closed twice during the championship phase.
Perhaps the lookman is the spark that they desperately require. It is a completely different proposition with the Nigerian superstar that causes the left on the left.
