A teenager was saved from one California Mineshaft After he and his friends decided to explore the cave with the help of household rope, officials said.
The fire brigade of Placer County said that crews, with the help of the city of the city Auburn, responded to a medical rescue on 10 February, for a 16-year-old boy who was stuck in a vertical mine shaft almost 50 feet deep.

With the help of household ropes, the three young people shot about 40-50 feet along a vertical shaft. But on their way back up the rope broke and the third victim fell about 30 feet to the bottom of the shaft.
Officials said the victim tried to climb his way out of the shaft, but eventually ran out of strength and positioned themselves in a ledge pending rescuers.

When rescuers arrived, they set up a lightweight, yet complex rope system and established a system to check the air quality in the ashes.
The primary rescuer of the team then shot to the victim’s location, assured him with a harness and he was abolished from the shaft.

Once safely, the victim was taken to a local hospital to be treated.
“The rescue team of Placer County Fire Department is one of the busiest teams in the North State and was able to facilitate this technical rescue in a very limited and sober environment 180 feet in the mountain,” the fire brigade said in a press release. “This incident emphasizes the unique natural dangers that are once present within our Beautiful and robust landscape In Placer County.
