Canadian officials say there was a plane crash Toronto Pearson Airport On Monday afternoon.
The plane crash, in which a Delta flight from Minneapolis to Toronto was involved, was first reported by CTV. Peel Regional Police Says it is investigating the number of potential injuries, which are now unknown.
Photos on social media show the plane upside down on a snow -covered runway. Toronto Pearson confirmed the crash on X.
“Toronto Pearson is aware of an incident at the landing in which a plane of a Delta Airlines is arrived from Minneapolis,” read the airport’s mail. “Emergency teams respond.”
The airport added that all passengers and crew members of the aircraft are ‘justified’.
Authorities are actively investigating the scene.
